These recommendations relate to increasing intakes of fiber and vitamins, intakes of iron, calcium intake and lower fat intake, the quality of the composition of lunch with a main dish of meat, fish or Egg added dairy products.
The recommendations state that a balanced diet is built on the long term, not a single meal, hence the request to develop plans menus in 20 consecutive meals and not a single day.

Installation of the Observatory of Food Quality
The establishment of OQALI follows the results of the feasibility study and foreshadowing conducted by the National Institute of Agronomic Research (INRA) and the French Agency for Food Safety (AFSSA) in the Application of the three ministries (agriculture and fisheries, health, youth and sports, economy, finance and filled).
The observatory will aim to monitor the quality of the food supply, nutritional (nutrient composition, portion size ...) and socio-economic (price, market segments ...).
