Small Update on trainings all new, all beautiful, dedicated to weight loss:
Following several requests, the loss workouts weight 5 kg and 10 are now accessible to riders who come to run between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
They are available in 2 and 3 sessions per week.
You will find associated with each training weight loss diet to follow, conducted by a nutritionist.
I also remind you that beginners and sedentary, may also lose weight and learn to run.
These exercises will help you to lose more than 3, 5 or 10 pounds and run 30 to 45 minutes continuously.
