7 tips for working effectively

Some factors may adversely affect your performance, so here is a list of items to consider to increase your efficiency and thus your quality of life:

1. First Priorities
The first step is to classify what you have to do in terms of its importance and its urgency. Try putting them in the following categories:
- Important and urgent: to look before the rest
- Not very important and urgent: can be delegated to someone
- Important but not urgent: to do after the urgent and important things
- Not very important and very urgent: to delegate or to last

2. Plan your tasks
Now that you have given importance and urgency in your tasks, you can start planning your work. Register what must be done the same day during the week, month, year and try to hold.
Have clear objectives and well defined in your mind and on paper is already part of the work being done. Congratulations!

3. Organize, store, order!
It's not just the tasks that must be organized, your business, your files, your office and even your computer must be the object of your attention. A table with too many papers will leave you confused and you will lose time. Remember to group similar documents in one pocket, this saves you time looking for them later. 4. Delegate
