Increase your confidence

Doubt itself is a problem common to all. Indeed, in life, we face many tests that need to have confidence. Doubt is the enemy of self confidence.

Let us ask what is the reason which leads us to this uncertainty.
Of course there is anxiety for something but not the only reason.
Doubt sets in terms of our confidence in ourselves, but also the stories of our friends, the media event that will endure.

Know that many people have crossed the path you are about to borrow. As everywhere, there are moments of glory and defeat. That's life.
Nevertheless, we will speak of fiascos. Thus, we think it will be part of lot of people have failed.

When you are alone, you think too much, you forge ideas that are not quite true.
