The Power to say No!

It may seem strange and paradoxical that at the time of globalization, trade, communication and competition that forces us to keep moving forward, it is matter of learning to say no.

But it is not a fact related to the cyclical events.

The issue is deeper and if one agrees to develop, it becomes clear very quickly that we are doing almost all the same way. We always say Yes. Yes to all, everyone, yes, because we do not say no. Rude is not we been taught from our childhood. No it remain a sulky child, say it will not alienate our stakeholders and engage them in a conflict that we deem appropriate.

Saying no is not learned at school or at home. The yes side almost always wins because it shows us in a positive light. This is generally believed.

But to say yes all the time can also be very fragile. Fear of disappointing, to believe that saying no, others will think we want to keep their head that we are stubborn, we have a bad temper ... Never!

But you will say. Saying yes has its advantages. Certainly! If you say yes because you want, there is no objection. But if it is to please and because you dare not say no, and you dare not refuse to do what we ask, is there a problem.

To say yes or not should be a free choice. Say no because you do not want to do something is, indeed, more difficult to bear. Saying no is to affirm our commitment and express the power we have on us.

You can say what you want. The key is to think and act according to the esteem you have for yourself.

Your value is precious and you are you the most important person in the world and you can trust.

Say no to others you will strengthen your assertiveness.
